Outdoor gear can be expensive to acquire, and we do not want the packing list to be a burden. You should not go out and buy all new clothing for SPOT. Hopefully the information provided in the Welcome Packets will help you make decisions on the appropriateness of the clothing/gear you currently have and help you acquire the gear you may still need.
